Josh Rittberg
Josh has spent many years representing both debtors (individuals and businesses) and creditors in a wide variety of matters involving bankruptcy, foreclosure, and debt collection actions. Given his invaluable experience having represented both sides, Josh is keenly aware of how creditors operate “behind the scenes,” and he is able to use that knowledge to effectively represent his clients and to protect their best interests.

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Josh is devoted to helping Wisconsin residents obtain relief from their debt burdens and to improving their lives accordingly. When he is not working to represent his clients, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities including hiking, biking, and skiing (because you have to find some way to get through our long Wisconsin winters!), in addition to being an avid fan of the Badgers, Brewers, Bucks, and Packers.
