Veronica has over 15 years of experience in customer service and absolutely loves helping people. Veronica formerly worked in collections, and is thrilled with this new opportunity to help rid people of nasty collection calls because she knows first-hand how to deal with them! In her spare time, Veronica enjoys activities with her husband and family. She also has a passion for helping people in her community. She is the youth pastor at her church and helps young people find and explore their hobbies. She enjoys making people smile, and showing them how to have fun on purpose.
