Joe comes to us with over 25 years of experience in customer service, sales and collections. Prior to that, he owned his own restaurant. Joe takes great pride in the customer service skills he has built throughout his professional career, but also in his move from an advanced position at a debt collection firm to Miller & Miller. Joe strives to understand his individual customers so he can meet them “where they are,” and now uses that skill daily to help people to rebuild their lives. He has officially moved to the other side where retention now means guiding people to reclaim their financial futures.

In his spare time, Joe enjoys sports, movies, and reading. He is an active member in his church and loves dogs!
