Paralegal

Cheryl is part of Miller & Miller’s talented team of paralegal support. She is a fantastic resource with over 30 years of experience in relevant practice areas such as bankruptcy, collection, replevin, foreclosure, personal injury, worker’s compensation, medical malpractice, and family law. Working within the Chapter 13 department at Miller & Miller, Cheryl assists clients with all aspects of their Chapter 13 plans, including mortgage modifications, plan confirmations, hearings, vehicle purchase requests, income/budget changes, and trustee-required documentation and approvals.

She takes the time to listen to what our clients need and matches that up to the requirements of the bankruptcy code and trustees. Cheryl truly enjoys helping others get past roadblocks, which is why she has dedicated herself professionally to assisting clients at some of the most trying times in their lives.

Cheryl holds a degree in Mass Communications and received her paralegal certification in 1981.

When not working, Cheryl enjoys gardening and spending time with her grandchildren during their breaks from school.
