Bankruptcy Filings Down in 2011

The numbers are in! The Eastern District of Wisconsin (which encompasses Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha, Walworth, Washington, and Ozaukee counties) had a total of 19,111 new bankruptcy cases filed in 2011.
