Antwayne Robertson II
Attorney Antwayne Robertson II is a Milwaukee and Riverwest native. He attended Marquette University Law School and participated in its unique Sports Law program in conjunction with the National Sports Law Institute. His focus on sports law allowed him to gain a variety of knowledge and skills in a wide variety of areas of law, such as business, contract, and intellectual property law. He received the Sports Law certificate from the NSLI upon graduation from Marquette, and also the CALI award in Patent & Trade Secrets Law. Antwayne also interned at the Waukesha County Corporation Counsel’s office, and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael O. Bohren while in law school.

Having lived in Riverwest for 25 years, Antwayne has grown to understand the needs of his community and the city of Milwaukee. He opened his own practice after graduating from law school in 2014 and has since litigated many cases in order to be able to bring experience to those in the community that need his services. He believes that communication is the key to a successful attorney-client relationship, and never wants a client to feel as though he or she is not a priority. Antwayne will fight zealously for his clients, and will always take the route that is in his client’s best interest.
Antwayne practices in a wide range of areas, with a focus on immigration law at Miller & Miller. He is licensed in the state court of Wisconsin and the Eastern District of Wisconsin federal court.
